Water Remediation
We will be on site within (2) hours to evacuate water from you dwelling; then we will proceed to dry the property to a normal living condition, which may require the usage of air movers (fans), heat induced driers, dehumidifiers, injection driers and various other equipment. Building elements such as drywall, baseboards, carpeting, and wood flooring may need to be removed to facilitate the appropriate service.
Mold / Fire Remediation
Our projects include restoration work in new construction, residential and commercial properties, which have been damaged from flood, storm, hurricane, fire, pipe breaks, sewer back-ups, or other issues that have caused damages to a structure. Unfortunately, with Florida’s humidity – mold intrusion is a common occurrence in these instances. Under Florida Statutes, mold growth exceeding > 10 SF requires mold remediation by State Licensed Remediator (F.S. 468.8411 ).
Tarping / Structures and Mitigating Repairs
We will remove trees / debris and work with our contractors to complete any necessary temporary roof build-ups, roof tarping and/or structural supports, so that ongoing property damages are minimized.
Additional Services
Thermography / Leak Detection
Non-invasive method of leak detection, which is utilized via FLIR Thermography Camera (ie. water intrusion into ceiling from roof leak) to locate & determine the cause of water intrusion, so that repairs can be addressed immediately.
Mold & Air Quality Assessments
Investigation of air quality and mold infiltration assessment by standardized industry tools and laboratory resources. We will produce a protocol report to address the recommended corrective measures to clean/ remediation the condition of mold intrusion; the the report will be submitted to the appropriate restoration contractor.
Contents & Pack-Out Services
This is a specialty service, which we have partnered with “Ipack Contents Services” for cleaning, antique restoration, and the servicing and relocation of contents items / personal effects. This is a major issue with the occurrence of H. Ian. We can restore your cherished “keep-sakes”, and all of your belongings.
